Activities
(1) To promote engagement with the Buddhist tradition and contribute to the public good through regular lecture series, publications, conferences, and research programmes.
(2) To support a Visiting Professor of Buddhist studies who will deliver public lectures and a series of seminars and/or workshops in his/her area of research for CUHK students.
(3) To administrate a taught MA programme on Buddhist Studies through the Department of Cultural and Religious Studies under the Faculty of Arts.
(4) To coordinate the supervision of MPhil and PhD students in Buddhist Studies.
(5) To conduct research on Buddhism in the Department of Cultural and Religious Studies.
(6) To coordinate a Certificate and Diploma programme on Buddhist Studies of the Department of Cultural and Religious Studies.
